Terms of service

These terms govern use of bigpp.lol (the “Service”). By submitting a listing, creating a Checkout Session, or using the Service, you agree to them. Replace or review this starter text with counsel appropriate to the operator's legal entity and jurisdiction before launch.

1. Paid Placement

The Service sells public Paid Placement. Payment may increase a listing's total and position after confirmation, but no position, impression count, click count, conversion, revenue, duration, or business outcome is guaranteed. Positions can change at any time.

2. Authority to submit

You represent that you have authority to promote the submitted destination and to provide its name and description. You must not impersonate another person or organization, infringe intellectual property, or make deceptive claims.

3. Prohibited destinations

Destinations involving malware, phishing, credential theft, illegal activity, exploitation, non-consensual sexual material, hate or extremist promotion, deceptive impersonation, or attempts to attack visitors or the Service are prohibited. The operator may hide, remove, or refuse any listing.

4. Payments, taxes, and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe's terms. Displayed prices are in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added through Stripe when enabled. Purchases are generally final because placement is applied immediately after confirmation, except where law requires a refund or the operator approves one. Approved Stripe refunds reduce the public total.

5. Ranking changes

A pre-checkout rank is a projection based on the board at quote time. Checkout does not reserve a position. Concurrent or later payments, refunds, disputes, moderation, technical correction, or fraud review may change rankings.

6. Certificates

Certificates are novelty records of Service events. They are not accreditation, an endorsement, an award based on merit, or evidence of competence. A certificate may be marked revoked after a full payment reversal or listing removal.

7. Availability and changes

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Reasonable efforts may be made to preserve payment records, but uninterrupted availability is not promised.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for third-party destinations, claims, products, security, availability, or conduct.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's aggregate liability arising from a specific purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
