Privacy policy

This policy describes the data bigpp.lol processes. Review the text with counsel and replace operator-specific details before launch.

Information you submit

The Service stores submitted URLs, listing names, descriptions, categories, certificate names, reports, and payment-related internal identifiers. Public listings and unguessable certificate pages display the information described on their forms.

Payment information

Stripe-hosted Checkout collects card and billing information. The Service does not receive or store complete card numbers. It stores Stripe Session, PaymentIntent, Charge, event, amount, currency, refund, and dispute identifiers needed to reconcile the leaderboard.

Technical and anti-abuse data

Requests can include an IP address, user-agent, language, and standard HTTP headers. For click deduplication and rate limiting, the Service derives keyed hashes scoped by purpose and date. Raw IP addresses are not written to the application database by this code, although hosting, network, database, or payment providers may maintain their own logs.

Outbound click metrics

The Service counts total outbound redirects and an approximate daily unique count. Daily pseudonymous hashes are automatically eligible for deletion after eight days.

Uses

Data is used to operate rankings, verify and reconcile payments, issue certificates, prevent abuse, moderate listings, measure outbound traffic, respond to requests, and comply with law.

Sharing and processors

Data may be processed by hosting, database, payment, monitoring, email, and security providers selected by the operator. Public listing data is intentionally visible. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect users and the Service.

Retention

Payment, contribution, certificate, and moderation records may be kept for accounting, fraud, audit, dispute, and legal purposes. Expired rate-limit buckets and daily click hashes are periodically deleted.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction by contacting hello@bigpp.lol. Payment and audit records may need to be retained.
